install w7 on a laptop

hi guys. can i install windows 7 on this laptop? Gateway Support - 1014330R Gateway E-265M Notebook

if i'm able to install it onto the laptop, how will it run? will it run smooth? will i have any trouble with anything?

Get the official answer. Go to microsoft and use ugrade advisor.

Type msinfo32 into start/search and tell us what it says about the CPU and the RAM. Then we`ll be better equipped to give you advice.
