Hi,

I know it sounds weird but here it goes:

I've the Windows7 RC image (.iso) Is it possible to install it without burning the image on CD?
I currently have Debian installed so can I dual-boot by mounting the image in Linux/Debian??

Regards
Mukul

I dont have that too :(

Is there no option for something like network install or anything?
Can't I mount the image and start working. It'll be same as as booting the CD in OS for dual-boot?

Yes, it is possible. I did just that.

I used 7-Zip to extract the ISO and ran the setup.exe from my other hard drive.

I also did an upgrade install (just changed the cversion.ini file), and kicked off the installer from the Windows 7 Beta desktop. You could probably still do a clean install this way as long as you have some version of Windows running to execute the setup.exe file.
