Where did you get the WIndows 10 installation ISO? How is it burned to DVD or written to flash stick?

Check the BIOS Security tab to see that Secure Boot is disabled.

I am from insider program for windows 10 and ISO with windows 10 is downloaded from there. I`m burning to DVD with PowerISO with 4x burning speed. Also i`m created bootable USB with Rufus tool but there is no way to install windows 10 with DVD or USB. There is no options for Secure boot, but if I change Boot mode to UEFI that option for Secure boot appear and its disable.

Try new ISO or check the HASH then burn new DVD with ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Enable UEFI then boot DVD as UEFI device. Delete any partitions to reset formatting to GPT.

OK, I`m burned new DVD but same thing happening here. Now, I enable UEFI boot mode, disable Secure boot and start installation. But new problem is here, with UEFI mode windows cannot be installed on MBR partition. I try to change MBR to GTP partition with command prompter but my 2 drives have same number (0). CanI change that number and install windows on second partition (unallocated space).

When I type "select disk 0" in command prompter he selected first partition (that partition cant be delete because that is system partition). I don`t no whats happening if I merge that two partition (extend first one)?

Does it say it's a second partition? No, that's because it's not a partition but Unallocated space. And you still have another partition above it which needs deleteing before the disk format will be reset to GPT for a UEFI install. Try deleting it using the Drive Options in bottom right corner. Then try creating a New Partition to Format and click Next.

If it won't delete the partition then bring the partition into focus with Diskpart and run the commands

Select Part 1
Inactive
Delete Partition Override
Exit

If the partition will not delete then you'll need to download Partition Wizard to delete the partition.

You can also disable UEFI and enable CSM to install to MBR disk, but I'd first try everything to install to UEFI so you have all the modern features of the new BIOS'.
