Install Windows 7 from USB while running XP

hEY GUYS I JUST found a new tutorial on metacafe that tell you how to make a bootable pendrive while using XP. Since diskpart doesnt work in xp and MS tool only accepts digitally delivered iso, this tutorial is what we need .

Yes mate but here the tutorial uses diskpart but the prob is XP version of diskpart doesnt recognize usb sticks as disks thus if u are running XP you cant make your pendrive bootable with the method explained here

EDIT: Actually, if you are running XPired it might come in handy.

Well my friend this usb/dvd tool only works when you are using a ISO file delivered digitally from microsoft store and if your disk is not such, it will pop up with a message invalid image like something. Just try burning a custom ISO image and please respond.

To be honest, it has been so long since I have seen XP I forgot. Thanks for the clarification.

Perhaps a written guide would be better for those that are still using XP that will eventually need to come here to make the transition.
