does anyone know how to installl windows 7 with a clean install from usb? or recommend an easy step by step tutorial

The easiest way to get a bootable USB flash installer is to download and install UltraISO trial version, open ISO on File tab, on Bootable tab select Write Image File, click Format button first, then Write.

Select BIOS boot menu key at bootup and look for stick to boot under USB or Hard disk.
