Solved Install windows without a cd drive or usb option

Hello, im trying to install windows without a working cd drive (blank hard disk). Also the option to boot off of USB is out of the picture. The computer can not boot from LAN, and i can not put the hard drive in another computer. As of right now, it seams my options are none. Is there any way to install this by putting boot files on it over Ethernet or something? Thanks!

You can install it from any other Windows OS to overwrite C. Extract the ISO to desktop and run Setup as Administrator. Point the install to C or a second partition you've created.

Also Win7 uses a DVD, not a CD. Swap in a working DVD drive.
