Hello Shivam,

If you have Windows 7 that came preinstalled on your OEM store bought computer, then you should be able to just do a factory recovery/restore. What brand is your computer?

When you say, "I have downloaded windows 7 from internet...", where did you download it from?

If it doesn't boot from DVD then confirm the ISO integrity and burn another using ImgBurn at 4x speed. ImgBurn - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

How did you write the windows 7.iso file to the dvd?

When you open the DVD in system... what do you see..
a group of files and folders with setup.exe in it or
a .iso file in it?

Seven folders including one named Setup is correct - it likely means the DVD had the ISO image file burned to it correctly, but it may not be booting. Try following the steps to boot the DVD.

If you're not prompted to Press any Key then burn another DVD using Imgburn at 4x speed with Verify.
