Does anyone know where I can get a HP/Compaq Quick Restore Disc? I am trying to re-install Windows 7 on my computer.

The best way to reinstall windows on your laptop is to do a Factory recover. It will format the C: partition and load a image from the recovery partition. It will end with a computer as it came from HP.
Factory recover can be launched from BIOS or from Windows.
HP Factory Recover

As it will format your C: partition, save all your data on an external disk before launching the factory recover
