In that case I'd test the RAM now using memtest86 for 5-6 passes or overnight: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Then I would create a full partition of the HD so you can run Disk Check on it from Repair console Command line, followed by the HD maker's extended diagnostics/repair CD scan: HD Diagnostic

This will clear the hardware. Do you have access to any retail Win7 installer?

How would i be able to test the RAM when i deleted the HD? And no i dont have any retail W7 installer.

Ok so..After i cleaned the DVD i see progress on the Expanding Files its now at 35% before it wouldn't even go to 1% so ill check back here incase i need assistance.

We'll need to move cleaning DVD up the list a bit. Not everyone keeps them in a case, some are tossed in drawers.

I am reinstalling Windows 7 Premium x64 on my Dell laptop i have the CD the company gave me but when i go past the agree and it starts installing on Expanding Files it doesnt go past 0%. Why?
