installation of retail version

Hi all,
I have win 7 RC and I know i have to do a clean install of the retail version.
Do i just install the retail disk and it will format my drive or do I have to do something else.

Hi Claude, welcome to the forums.

The installation of the RTM (Retail) version is no different to that of the RC, except the install wallpaper

You just put the DVD into the drive and away you go, just like you did with the RC

   Tip

The custom option will allow for formatting of your drive

Not that long till it hits (oct 22) so Just make sure y ou gave a working backup and the spece to put on your drive
