Installation Question.

I have a new computer with Windows 7 64 bit that I bought.

I want to do a fresh install with another windows 64 bit cd that already has the old activation code being used in my old computer.

So, can I use the old disk to re-install and then use the current windows cd key that came with my computer?

Windows 7 isn't limited the way xp or vista was. So long as you are installing the same version you should be fine. At worst you will have to use the phone option to activate.
