For 7100 RC? Are you doing a clean install or trying to do an upgrade? I would recommend a clean install. Clean install usually takes somewhere between 12 to 25 minutes or so. My clean install took 12 minutes.

When I did a upgrade install to build 7048 when that was released (leaked) it took a lot longer at installing. I would really recommend a clean install as its very quick. Make sure you back up all your user files first though.
