The chipset/motherboard drivers installed? The main component needed is the AGP/GART driver, as without that the video card driver will not install.

Also what is the make and model of the motherboard?

It works with the visiontek driver.
AMD driver from AMD never installed.

Mother board is s875wp1-e intel server board.

Was that AGP/GART driver not installed until I installed the visiontek driver?

RoasterMen the download you linked too is the exact same driver as what is available from AMD. The only difference is that it some 3rd party site and they changed it from AMD to ATI. Also with it being a 3rd party site you have no idea what if anything (not likely, but possible) may have been added to the installer.

Same thing applies to any desktop driver for AMD (or Nvidia for that matter) regardless of where the driver comes from (actual card manufacturer e.g.). The only difference if any between a driver from AMD/Nvidia and the card manufacturer is the manufacturer may have added their name/logo to the installer.

The same doesn't apply to laptop graphics drivers. Those can and usually have been altered by the laptop manufacturer to work with the screen, power options, etc. The core driver itself is identical to the reference from AMD. Same applies to laptops with switchable graphics, as the driver for both (usually Intel with AMD or Nvidia) has been integrated into the installer.

Wheres the drivers of the HD 2000, HD 3000, HD 4000, and HD 5000 then?
