I recently installed new drivers via SlimDrivers, but now my computer is basically working like a potato. Applications take at least an hour to open, typing something into the Start Menu freezes it and closes it, and bootup is EXTREMELY slow.

I do not have a Wndows 7 disk nor a USB to do a clean install, but if there is another way to repair install/clean install without the use of a windows disk/USB, please let me know. thanks.

Trying that.

Edit: rolled back all drivers that were recently installed, no fix

Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free (doesn't hurt to start free trial, easy to change back).

Does it happen in Safe Mode?
How about another account?

That's one reason I don't trust third-party installers. They sometimes install malware that piggyback when downloading the intended drivers. Then you end up spending hours using various removal tools to clean you machine.

It's been two hours, it's still scanning, and it's only found one threat from a game I've had for ages. ._.

You cannot perform a repair install or a clean install without the ISO/DVD of the OS.

See the Step 1 of this guide: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#step1
It will give you some idea about how you can try to obtain an ISO. You may search for a windows 7 iso in the internet too (but never the altered ones). If you put your own license key, then the source of the installer ISO is not a matter of headache, it would not be counterfeit.

About the issue, If you use any sort of third party driver updater, you are calling trouble for yourself only. They not only fail to do the right job but also do lots of bad jobs. The later steps of the guide linked above makes a windows installation driver complete itself.

System Restore to a date prior to installing SlimDrivers (there may be one just before installing it).

What are the CPU/Memory/Disk usages? You have to check Resource Monitor tabs to see if you can spot anything odd.

You didn't answer these:
Does it happen in Safe Mode?
How about another account?
Report back please.

You can try uninstalling AVG.
