My last heat sink (stock with processor) started going out about a month ago, I've had it with my processor for several years. I started having a couple blue screens during games so I got some software (Core Temp) to monitor my CPU temperature. it would occasionally climb upwards of 100c before I closed everything. So I managed it for about a month while I looked for and ordered a new heat sink and I didn't have blue screens for a while, while maintaining the temperature. Now I just installed the Cooler Master Hyper 612 Ver.2 and my pc runs fine on 0 Load. However 5 minutes or less of any game and my computer blue screens. I tried playing an old version of World of Warcraft and Heroes of the Storm. HotS crashed itself the first 2 times before BSOD on the third. I have run a CPU and GPU burn test with no issues and temps staying quite low compared to my last heat sync. This is a pretty fresh install of windows as i just got a new motherboard and SSD about a month back but as I said previously, I've been playing just fine for the most part on all this hardware and now that I installed the Heat Sink I am crashing. To the best of my knowledge the heat sink is seated properly and there is plenty of thermal paste, as this is not my first build of my computer. All the pins on the processor were intact and not bent upon installation either. My drivers SHOULD all be up to date but I don't know how to read the dump files and I am at my wits end for why I am still having problems..
