Installed Windows 7!!

hi,

ive installed windows 7 proffesional on my HP laptop. and im just having problems with it!!

all my programs and what not went into a folder 'windows.old' but majority of them i cannot open and its quite annoying coz they are the programmes that came with my laptop when i first bought it.

is there anyway i can sort this out??

The Windows.old folder indicates that you did a clean install...if this is the case you will need to reinstall all of your programs...sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
