Dear Community,
after an entire day research on the web, I feel so desperate for a solution! Even I don't know, if I will be heard, my next try, before contacting microsoft directly is my hope to find a solution through you here on the forum. This is the situation:
I'm trying to install Esko DeskPack 16.1.1.117 for Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 (already installed), and right at the beginning I'm getting on the installer system check I'm getting the message "Product software requires at least Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2" (Screenshot). Why on earth the installer does misinterpret my windows 7 as a windows xp version? On my other Notebook (also with the same win 7 CD installed) I could run the setup witout any issues. I searched the entire web, but could not find any treat about that.
Any useful hint would be very appreciated!
Thank you in advance!
