Installing a Fresh Win 7 OEM on Same Orginal Laptop

Hello all,

I would like to ask how I can install afresh Windows 7 OEM on the original laptop which was installed on it at first with valid product key.

The problem that the user of the laptop formatted the drives without using recovery media or something like this.

So can we install a OEM version from any CD then provide the product key of the original laptop.

Your options are to run Factory Recovery partition using its hotkey at boot if perchance it was left on HD, run the Recovery Disks which can be ordered from Tech Support, or find a Win7 installation DVD to clean reinstall using the Product Key on COA sticker.
