This should fit in my computer though, without the RAM slots getting in the way, right?

HIS ATI Radeon HD 4850 iCooler IV 1024MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card [H485FM1GH] Graphics and Video ATI HD 4000 Series - 12.7 X 22.6 X 4.1 (cm)
C'mon now, this one I know we went over.

Yes, make sure the graphics card is pci-e (pci express). What you'll want to do is measure from the rear of the case, along the pci-e slot (showed earlier in the pic), to see how much room you have before you run into the drive bay(s). Again, under the specs of the card, they'll list the physical dimensions. If you can't find the dimensions at your online store, you can always find them at the card makers site.
We can't answer this for you; only you can answer this question.

Worst case is you buy some thing that doesn't fit, and have to get a different one.

A quick question about power supplies. On the specs tab of this power supply, this table came up:

DC Output +3.3V +5V +12V1 +12V2 -12V +5Vsb
Max Load 30A 30A 18A 18A0.5A 2.5A

I know that I must look at whether it has a 12V rail, but which of the amps am I looking for?

It has two +12V rails. Each has a capacity of 18A.

The link that you post says that the PSU is "SLI ready". That's a bit odd, as it has a single PCI-E power connector. If you wish to run a single 4850 card, it should be adequate.

Yeah I only what a single card. By the way, would 18A be enough?

Yes, that's why I linked it for you. As has been said, a few times already, this is a dual rail psu (it's technically 1 rail split, but that's another thread). One rail will go to your cpu; the other rail will power just about everything else. It will be sufficient for your needs.

That's alright then. I just saw people telling me to get a power supply with at least 30A, but most cost about £50, which isn't the budget i'm after :\

Well, technically, that psu has 36 amps available on the +12 volt rail, so it suits your needs perfectly.

Saroy, no worries, glad you got something within budget! Split 12V rails is pretty standard.

A single rail one would run a lot more money to get that high, usually, and fortunately not needed in your case.

Now you better gloat when you got that sucker up and running! :D
