Installing Abby finereader on win 7 x64

When I try to install Abby finreader 11 on my laptop win7 home prem x64 I get this error message half way through install error getting file security: c:/programdata/abby/finereader, then it rolls back and will not install.

Welcome to Seven Forums angeleye50. How are you installing the program? From a CD, or an installer on the hard drive? This sounds like a permissions issue, are you running the installer as an administrator? If so, and it still errors, you might try installing in Safe Mode and see if that works. A Guy
