OK, so I have a bunch of plugins for Photoshop CS4, but I have no idea how to install them or, once installed, where to access them from inside PS. Can anyone help me out here?

Depends on which plugins you have installed or want to install. Some just require to be dropped into the plugins directory, others require the use of installers.

As for accessing them once they are installed, most will be found in the filters drop down, but things like Genuine Fractals are found under file -> scripts (or automate).

Most plugins usually have instructions on how to install, and without knowing which exact plugins you are using it is hard to say.

Thanks for the reply. I realized something that was probably messing me up a bit. I think all the plugins are 32 bit, and I was running PS x64. :p

If you really want to use those plugins, you will find that CS4 has been installed in BOTH 32 & 64 bit versions. You will find the 32 bit in your x86 programs folder and can apply the plugins to that.
