Installing driver when windows won't boot

I apologize for the typo on the thread title

I installed a new beta graphics driver (zonescreen), this caused a BSOD. Now my computer wiill not boot, it gets past POST, and I can get into BIOS and a Ubuntu Live session, but if I try to boot into windows, I get a blinking white underscore in the top left corner for a few seconds, then a black screen until it restarts about 5 minutes later. What I want to know is if there is a way to either reinstall, update, or rollback the driver, without being able to boot.

Have you tried booting into Advanced Boot Options (F8) and choosing
Last Known Good Configuration?

Last Known Good Configuration:
Starts Windows 7 with the most recent registry and driver configurations that worked successfully. Every time you turn your computer off and Windows 7 shuts down successfully, important system settings are saved in the registry. You can use those settings to start your computer if a problem occurs. For example, if a new driver for your video card is causing problems, or an incorrect registry setting is preventing Windows 7 from starting correctly, you can restart your computer using Last Known Good Configuration.

Then once booted you can remove the driver.

I can't get to the f8 options, I've tried many times, I can get into and control BIOS, so I know my keyboard works, I am obtaining a install disc to try "repair"

You could try a System Restore before you try to do a repair install
