Installing ISO files

I have some iso files that need installing, such as Microsoft Office. Those files are on my desktop.

How do I install them?

You could Mount the .iso file using software like PowerIso or burn them to a disc

To burn the iso to a disc

Right click on the .iso files and choose Burn Disk Image check Verify disc after burning and click on the Burn button

Or you can extract the contents of the iso with something like isobuster which will leave you with the files as they would appear on the disc then run the setup.exe directly from the extracted files

They are basically the technet subscription file downloads. They are all iso's.
