I built a new computer.
Bought the OEM Windows 7 64-bit disc. (from newegg.com for $99)
Just got my package today.
On my Windows 7 OEM dvd case, it is sealed up and on the outside it says:
-If the individual software lic is for a desktop OS or application software, it must be preinstalled on the hard drive of the fully assembled computer system, using the OEM Preinstallation Kit (OPK)
-For information about using OPK, and how to obtain the OPK, see Microsoft OEM Partner Center
Do i need this OPK? Or any other program/lic/key (that is not included in my OEM DVD case) to get W7 installed on my new computer.
Or can I just boot from the DVD tray and install with out any hassle?
