Solved installing programs and games, getting internal error

Hey guys I've been having trouble installing some programs and games onto my Windows 7 Ultimate 64
edition, Upon trying to install the game "saints row IV" i put the disk in my CD drive and it pops up asking me what do i want to do? and it says run autorun.exe and it starts, but once it starts the setup to the game, i get an internal error, which reads as follows. "Internal Error: Failed to get path to 64-bit Common Files Directory."

To add to what John's said, I believe Saint's Row IV requires Steam activation, so enter your product key from the retail packaging into Steam and let that install the game for you.

Windows 7 will not let you download and install anything if their isn't enough room on the drive you are trying to download to.
Those drives are red for a reason. Just because they are not 100% full doesn't help. They are full enough. You either remove some of the stuff on those red drives to make more room or install new drives to download to.
