Solved installing sp1 was unsuccessful

I tried install sp1 and I was harry to go out,I canceled it but it didt want then I shut down the pc and it appeared the usally message " Do not turn off or unplug your computer..." I know my pc can be mess but I was so hurry and i did unlpug it .
Now I want to install it again (I have the file ) It start normaly but when it want to finish (the green bar) it says installing sp1 was unsuccessful !
I tried it again after turned off the firewall and the anit spy and anti virus (I have Norton IS 2011) the same error appear again
Itried it in Safe mode too
I can install updates and I haev no prblem

I repaired the windows (upgrading way) and it installed now
