Installing SP1?

I have not installed SP1 yet. Does SP1 let you choose any options, or is it pretty much the same as XP SP's and not let you do anything with it?

No it doesn't let you choose any options...it's just install and lets you do anything want to, afterward! Looks pretty attractive to me!
