I have an old Auzentech X-Plosion Cinema sound card and Realtek audio connections on my P8P67 motherboard.

Would there be any problems if I installed drivers for both and switched between them?

You can only have one default audio playback device but not both at the same time. Unless you run into a conflict it should work OK. Just as noted you will have to manually change the default playback device to whichever one you want to use in the Sound Panel.

It's possible...

Of course you can install drivers for both.. But you will be able use only one as default.. Do not marvel about drivers conflict.. To see if both sound divices ard working properly make a diagnostic. HOW TO?? Press win key along with r key type in run box "dxdiag" and press enter.
