Installing Win7 Ultimate x64 on New System: "Select a DVD Driver"

I am trying to install Win7 Ultimate x64 on a new system I have just built. When I try to install the OS from a boot disk, I recieve the "Select a driver to install" prompt instead of continuing installation.

First of all, I've been searching around this forum and the rest of the internet for about 2 days for this problem, and I'm well aware that the first suggested solution is to "Re-burn the Installation DVD or switch to USB". I switched to a USB drive, which failed. So I tried getting a fresh download, and that failed.

I have checked the following threads already:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...stallation-errors-troubleshoot-step-step.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/installa...on-installation-problems-their-solutions.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/28129-questions-use-help-installation-issues.html

Are there any other causes for this issue? It seems like the only explanation most people have points to DVD burning faults as the cause.

Could be a faulty ISO. Start over with Steps 1 and 2 from Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

I notice you are also overclocking. I would disable that now for the install.

If that fails try removing all but 2gb RAM to try install.

Reset BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Set SATA controller to AHCI, HD first to boot, trigger DVD drive using one-time Boot Menu.

Unplug DVD drive when you try Flash stick install in case DVD drive itself is the problem.
