Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 Processor

Hello,

I purchased lately a processor E8600 and in the package of it I found the chip of the processor which you have to install and no CD inside.
I know how to install the processor manually, my question here is, Is it required to install drivers for processors? I found no CD in the package so I was wondering, for example, when I had the Graphic Card I had to install drivers. What about the processor?:huh:

the system bios will automatically detect the cpu for you , if you fill in your system specs in the userCP we will be able to give you a more definative answer

There are not drivers for the CPU.
