Solved Intel core i5 4590, 4690, or i7 4790?

Hi all,

I currently have a decent PC, but I'd like to play black ops 3 at MAX settings. Right now, I have it on low settings at 1080p resolution and my CPU is at 100% usage. My GPU is not at 100%, in the 80's percentage.

This was a lenovo h50-50 but I put the motherboard in a new case and the cooling is much better!

Specs:

CPU: Intel core i3 4160 3.60 Ghz (I need stronger one than this for sure)
Mobo: Lenovo sharkbay 0. I know it is capable of any of the cpu's in the above title, but I don't think the K series works on this mobo.
Ram: 10gb ddr3 (8gb stock) (2gb kingston)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650Ti BOOST
PSU: Corsair CX600M


So which cpu should I get?

i5 4590, 4690, or i7 4790?

My friend said i5 is good and i7 for streaming, but I don't plan on streaming, only playing the game myself.

I run an i5-4690 and I can tell you, it handles anything I can throw at it. I was looking at the i7-4790k at first, but the performance increase didn't justify spending another £100 for me. I'm more than happy with the 4690 and even though I do have a board which is capable of OC (I have a Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H in my main system) I haven't felt the need to OC. If I ever do in future, then I'll upgrade my system to a K version.

But you'll definitely be happy with the 4690, it's no slouch.
