so what do I need to do now?

I don't understand the question. Are you updating your machine? Do you want to reload it? Would you take a minute it fill out your system specs?

it says that i have to install new updates for my computer and there are 6 important mess shown in the part where u look for updates and one of those I need to install is the following:Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) Management Engine Interface
