My CPU is Intel Celeron Quad Core J1900 and i have tried testing enabling and disabling it in the bios what i found is
with it off my CPU always rests at 1999.99Mhz regardless of CPU load maxed or idle
And with it on it goes from 2000.xx up to 2417.83Mhz depending on CPU load (1% or above seems to make it click to 2.41Ghz and it seems "Intel Burst Frequency" is set to 2.42Ghz in my CPU specifications on the intel website
Does that mean turning it off just makes it always 2Ghz and never any faster? and with it on it changes between 2Ghz and 2.41Ghz
So which would be better for gaming? a more consistant CPU peed or ever changing fast/normal speed CPU speed? Off? or On?
