Intel Management Engine Interface shows ! on my control panel

Can anyone help me sort this out, its the first time I've seen this and it looks annoying knowing that there is a form of error on my PC even though it does not affect my usage at all, I want to either get rid of this all together or find the necessary drivers for this to be fixed.

It also says Device cannot start under its device status, I have no clue what this thing is.

Earlz, did it work? It's not a driver issue, the Intel will not work with Windows 7--I have the same issue.
