Intermittent crashes

Recently my Windows 7 Professional x64 system has started crashing intermittently. It has happened 3 times now, the first time on Dec 17 2009. (I've had the system since early November.) When it occurs the entire screen goes crazy (filled with noise) for several seconds as per attached photo, then the system reboots.

I've attached a zip file containing the minidumps for the three crashes.

Any idea what would be causing this?

CPU: Intel core i5 750 2.6 GHz (not overclocked)
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55-UD3
BIOS: F4
Graphics: Sapphire HD5770 1GB
Graphics Driver: 8.671-091026a-090883E-ATI
Catalyst Version: 9.11
Memory: Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 4GB

Another potentially useful piece of info is that Firefox upgraded itself to version 3.5.6 around the time of the first crash, although this might be a red herring as I think (based on comparing timestamps) the upgrade took place slightly *after* the first crash, not before. However, it is possible that Firefox *downloaded* (but did not install) the upgrade prior to the first crash.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance ...

Has anyone experienced similar issues, especially after an upgrade to Firefox 3.5.6 ?

No, but you can try a system restore and see if that helps...
