Solved Intermittent: Kasperky licence report as invalid

Hello

I understand that this may not be the proper forum, but I don't get to much support from Kaspersky and the forum. A similar post has been done on Kaspersky forum at least three time in the past. Problem is un-resolved.

Problem: Every few day, I get a problem with Kaspersky Internet Security. My licence is mention as invalid. When it occur, I can't do a test nor update the software

This licence should be still valid for 8 month and is install on three systems (licence good for three)

When the problem occur, I need to uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky. Kaspersky do accept my licence code number every time that I do reinstall.

Any idea what could cause the problem?

Martin...it could be related to your 0xF4 BSOD we are working on - it is very common to have antivirus issues from BSOD, and also cause them too. I recommend we get to the bottom of the BSOD first, and then tackle the Kaspersky issue if it still exist.

Driver Verifier will help us get to the bottom of the issue.

Did succeed to comminicate with Kaspersky team.

Got a link to install latest version 15. So far Kaspersky is running without a flaw
