Solved Internal error 0000000b

Cant copy paste problem, internal error 0000000b pop out occurs...any idea about this problem help me fix it pls

No..currently no antivirus installed...just deleted expired trend micro internet security

I'm just trying to narrow this down a bit, as it's not a very common problem where another application isn't jumping in the way
Do you know how to start in safe mode?
If so does this still happen when booting safe mode?

It still happen in safe mode. Actually theres too many errors upon startup
I think my registry broken badly. By any chance do you know how to make my registry default again?

repair install is probably your easiest way out.

It will reset windows default settings in reg but should allow your installed programs to remain the same.

Creating new user account and deleted the old broken one seems repair this problem ..
Last question sir..did you know how to encounter eml files that keep recreating after been deleted?
These eml files located ina ll of my folders.
