internet adapter driver problem

so i got new Internet adapter today it is ok but i can't get it work it have no driver i kept trying to get one from internet but nothing i hope any one can help me the pci/ven information :

Welcome to sevenforums, what's the brand and model on the box it came in?

Those 4 lines tell me nothing except it's a PCI card, it should be printed on the card, if no box.

Windows 7 shows nothing for it in device manager under network adaptors, when you had it in the slot?

I tried but unable to find the exact manufacturer with this vendor id. If it is a realtek card then you can download the driver from the link below as this is the closest to the details provided by you :
