Internet Adverts gone messy

Internet adverts arent sitting in the places they're meant to sit anymore.

Say the ad is meant to be along the right side bar or the top right corner or how the youtube one sits across the top. Mine are no longer doing this, instead all adverts on any site are sprawling and jumping across the page and keep flashing. And the youtube one because its not sat right it doesnt let me exit the ad either.
So so so annoying!!

It wasnt doing this earlier. Today I installed AVG as my McAfee free trial ended the other day. The pc also had a prompted flash upgrade. As the AVG is the only thing I've done I thought maybe this had something to do with it, so I unistalled it, restarted pc, cleared history, set it back to yesterday but its still doing it! Its utterly distracting and annoying.

Can anyone help me?

I would check on McAfee's site and download and run their 'uninstaller', and try again. McAfee leaves lots of junk around.

right, thanks, i did that, unistalled mcafee again and then ran the uninstaller from their site. It worked and got rid of the ad problem. Then I installed AVG again.

I now have another problem. Internet sites for some reason arent working properly. I cant sign in to hotmail. The link I have and when I try to go through google just comes up as a blank white screen. And then on some sites when I click links they wont work, it just doesnt do anything. And places where I know other links are meant to appear when you hover over something arent coming up. Even the google search prediction thing isnt working. And now adverts just arent showing at all.

Is this because of AVG? If it is how can I fix it without getting rid of it?

have you re-installed from an earlier dated automatic save.should re-set your comp to an earlier version if you have that on.thats if your comp does that.i have win 7 and it works for me.i had at one time had to re-install google chrome and all is ok now.
