Internet Backgammon (solved)

Hi all,

I don't know if this goes here on gaming, sorry If it should go in another section.
Since I've been using windows 7 on my desktop for quite a while I decided it was time to install it on my acer aspire one netbook so I made a copy with v-lite but among many things I didn't include was the games section. It's been 3 weeks since I installed windows 7 and I miss the backgammon game, since I already installed many programs I don't want to make another copy of 7 this time including the games.

Is there any way to install the backgammon game without the need to install windows 7 again?

Thanks for your help guys.

If you have thw win 7 dvd you can mount it with an app like powerISO. the games are on the compressed iso image. I dont have a win 7 dvd to find where right now but they are there and may run just by coping them to the desktop. It cant hurt to try.

ken

edit: there are also several places to get them. just google win 7 backgammon. take a look here http://news.softpedia.com/news/3-New-Windows-Games-for-Windows-7-105069.shtml

Thanks man, I will try it when I get home and I'll post back.

Edit:

Yep, I only had to copy the C:\program files\microsoft games folder from my desktop to my netbook and now I have the games, I never thought it was gonna be that easy.

Thanks a million
