internet connection not automatically connected

i just installed my window 7 and im having problems with my internet, every time i turn my computer on, my internet connection isnt automatically connected. i still have to put the passwords and stuff is there a way that can fix this??

Hi,

If you right-click the network icon on the notification bar then click Network and Sharing center then Manage Wireless Networks you can then right-click your network and select Properties. There's a checkbox for "Connect automatically when this network is in range", make sure that's got a tick in it.

Hey Xindie,
I am facing the same problem as yours. I have to wait 2-3 minutes for the connection to come.
I even installled a client which remembers the password and username but that went in vain. I even installed a network driver for my laptop which creates a profile of the connection. No change, I amtoo looking for a solution.If I get one I will surely inform you.

START > Type- COMPUTER MANAGMENT > EXPAND SERVICES AND APPLICATION > CLICK ON SERVICE > SCROLL DOWN & CLICK ON "WORKSTATION" >SET IT TO MANUAL >

I think it will work. After doing this unplug your cable and plug in again. I it dosent happen then please set it back to what it was and do inform me

Wired connections do not require the password that wireless do. I would say that if you are needing to enter a password, either you are entering something other than a network password, or you are connecting wirelessly.

My weired connection requires a password. They installed a client. Earlier it worked. But now I installed Windows 7 it started this problem. I have to wait for the commection to come.
