Internet Connection Sharing box not showing up

Internet Connection Sharing not showing up so i cant share my inet connection. Service is running. 2 LAN connection availible + 1 inet. OS: Windows 7. What can be wrong?

2 pc's they connected with each other over lan directly from 1 lan adapter to another. Internet is over lan cable also, online connection is over pppoe.
