Internet connection sharing (Win.7 & Xp

Hello everybody, and, here goes my problem

I've managed to connect my Windows Xp, and Windows 7 machines, via crossover cable, and, I am able to share the files, but, i cannot make the Internet Connection sharing.

My Host computer (which connects directly to the internet), is the onee that runs Windows 7. It uses a wireless 802.11a connection.

So, at the host computer there are 3 connecctions

1. Local Area Connection (the one used to connect to my ISP)
2. CUTUK.net (this is the one which i use to connect to internet (requires username and passwoed authentication)

and

3. Local Area 2 Connection (this is the one which connects my Win Xp, and Win. 7 machines)


So, as I sad, i've set up the File Sharing but cannot access the internet from my xp machine.

How do I do that?

There are several threads about ICS already - I suggest reviewing them and checking out the links in them. If none of them help, post here again.

So, ok, I figured this one out myself. While I was trying to make it work, i just entered my HOST PC (Windows 7 one) ip address 192.168.0.1 as a default gateway and primary DNS on my Windows XP machine.. So, now i can browse the net on both pc-s...

There is also a GUI setting made just for internet connection sharing, you must have missed it.
