Like the title says my internet is disconnecting all the time. Not really every few secs but every few minutes for like 5-10 secs sometimes even more then it goes ok.

*just wanna say, router isn't a problem. tried using internet without router (modem only) same issue happening, contacted ISP they "changed" frequency but nothing happend, any suggestions? tried reinstalling my network drivers too,nothing..*

does it happen only on one computer or do all your devices keep disconnecting?

On PC mostly because it's having problem when modem+router is on and when it's only modem on. So it's like if wi fi is on or off same issue is happening. ISP is giving me a bullshit story that problem is not by their part..
Sorry for language.

Well if your other devices stay connected then the problem is not with the ISP. Since your PC disconnects both when using cable and when using wifi it sounds more like your network card. Do you have a separate card or is it integrated in the motherboard?

cyanna Using or not using Wi-Fi situation is same. Example when i'm playing game it freezes my game but sometimes I can hear other players talking. 2nd example on teamspeak, like my internet "dies" and it doesn't show but it doesn't work neighter but I can hear everyone on teamspeak when they're talking but they can't hear me. About network card that doesn't seem to be an issue since I bought intergrated (whole pc,not like with procesor only the surrounding idk how it's called) and it works fine, reinstalled drivers, updated all of them but still same. Only once it worked "fine" and that was when I actualy restarted all settings to default and it worked perfectly for like 2,3 hrs then it started f*cking me again (probably not even a fix but idk).

"Example when i'm playing game it freezes my game but sometimes I can hear other players talking." That means your internet connection is still active or you wouldn't be able to hear them. If you want to check there are quite a few network monitoring tools available, for example Microsoft Network Monitor.
Have you checked your network speed? Do you have any graphics card related events in Event Viewer?
And what do you mean by "restarted all settings to default"? Which settings?

One other method.

Change the cable connecting from the wall socket to the modem.

Cable sometimes do give problem.

As ISP has check on their end, so it may be at your end.

cyanna Network speed 20/4 mbps - 2.4mb/s dl + 0.24mb/s upload.
Settings of router. Then I unplugged it completely and used only modem and it was fine for some time and it started doing all these things again. Eric3742 I know man but I live in a shit of country called Bosnia and I don't think my ISP gives a f*ck.. I did contacted them, they were telling me they changed frequency and shit and I need to wait 1,2 days to get it solved,14 days passed til then, called them 2 more times they said problem is not in their part.

And just to add, when I use router (and modem ofc,it's logical) my packet loss always goes over 10%,when I use only modem it's 0.8% max.

For teamspeak if you are a client bandwidth shouldn't be a problem and as long as you can hear the others you are still connected to the internet. Can you confirm if you are client or host?
For gaming however your internet speed is barely there and if you are in Bosnia... what is your ping lag? speedtest is one of the sites that will show that but you will need to choose a server close to where the gaming server is not close to where you live. Actually try both, it will give you an idea of what I am talking: your internet speed should be the same but the ping time can go from 30ms to over 100ms.
As a way to improve things: always play cabled, not wireless, and make sure no other devices are connected to the internet, wired or wireless since your bandwidth will have to be shared between them

I'm just a client, not hosting the server. Yea I can hear others but they can't hear me and other things. My ping jumps up a lot and packet loss randomly. When I'm playing games tbh my ping is perfect until i get that "lag freeze". My ping is like 15-50-60 depends on location but it works really good. I mean it worked.. these days it's really f*cking me up. I tested ping on my ISP (speedtest.net) and I tested on german and my ping was 40ms,download 2.36,upload 0.24. I need to use wireless, that's the problem. Because even when i'm playing on cable only those problems still show. Just to add i have QoS enabled, download limited to 500kb/s and upload to 25kb/s for wi-fi,for my pc nope because of ip address. My device:_ 192.168.0.100 others 192.168.0.101-192.168.0.108 and i limited all of them.

"My ping jumps up a lot and packet loss randomly" Yeah, can't really paly games or transmit video when this happens.
"I need to use wireless, that's the problem" so wireles works OK? you only have problems when playing cabled?

cyanna No,I have problems with both. Wireless on=worst issue, only ethernet cable on=issue. Because my dad uses wireless for work and most likely I need to enable him that thing when he's home.
And I was using resource monitor and watching, literaly there isn't anything wrong with network or cpu or ram or anything at all when I play games. But when I do it seems like it's having more problems then when i'm not playing anything. I don't know what's the isuse. I saw few things to change settings on driver, did that didn't worked and restored back to default (manually)

In one post you say: I need to use wireless, that's the problem. Because even when i'm playing on cable only those problems still show. Now you are syaing that "Wireless on=worst issue, only ethernet cable on=issue"
For me those two statements contradict each other.
"there isn't anything wrong with network or cpu or ram or anything at all when I play games. But when I do it seems like it's having more problems then when i'm not playing anything."
I don't understand this: do you or don't you have any problems when you are playing?
Wireless will have less good performance than cabled and computer resources will be more heavily utilised when you are playing so everything will be slower. Other than that I am going to have to admit that I just don't understand what you are trying to say.

cyanna that "network" part i ment on my network card. I have problems when i'm playing and it shows in a huge amount.
I don't know how to explain bcs i'm not that "good" at english. But i wrote wireless on(router)=worst issue (huge lags every few mins) only ethernet cable=still isue (like it works good for 2,3 hrs then starts f*cking me for 2-3 hrs straight like every few minutes ping jumps up and things).
Like when i'm with my friends on teamspeak they can't hear me because my ping is too high (BUT FOR SOME REASON I CAN HEAR THEM) but on windows it showes my internet is on.
My ISP service came today, changed cables and it was working good for 2,3 hrs (only ethernet used) and same issue continue happening. Is it my windows maybe? I'm using win8.1 x64 but i didn't updated it til last update because i didn't needed to and now it doesn't let me update (it's stuck at checking for updates... all the time and when i go to sofwaredistribution folder i have a lot of folders and last was modified 19:43 [downloaded] and now i waited whole night for it to check for update and nothing moved since 19:43) *currently it's 5:53*

Maybe you could create a new thread on Eight Forum listed on top.

As Windows 7 do have some difference with Windows 8.1

This is for Windows 7.
