Desktop computer - win 7 ultimate - wifi connection.

This just started about 3 days ago. I am using both Chrome and Brave and suddenly the internet stops working. There is the tell-tale beep (the same sound when you plug in a usb for the first time) and then the internet shuts off. From here, it will not show me any wifi connections. Here is what I have tried :

1) cold boot - works briefly and then disconnect again.
2) a batch file that has :
@echo offipconfig /flushdnsipconfig /registerdnsipconfig /releasenetsh winsock resetnetsh int ip resetipconfig /renew

brings up :

"no operation can be performed on Bluetooth network card 4 while it has its media disconnected"

* I am not sure what that means.

The batch file is run at the admin level. This does not work but if I click on the wifi icon, I bring up the "troubleshoot problems". The trouble shooter will do its thing and then bring up :
"Wireless Network Connector 19 doesn't have a valid IP address"
then it works briefly and then stops again.

Things of note :

  • the internet connection only drops when I OPEN a browser (either chrome or brave)
  • my wifi is running in the house just fine - I have both my phone and a separate laptop running and the wifi does not drop for them
  • virus checker has been run

Any suggestions how to get this working or troubleshoot?

It is a combo card.-wifi and bluetook
Ubit - PCI-E wireless wifi card (with bluetooth)
I don't use the bluetooth, so maybe I should disconnect the cabling for it.

Update : I physically disconnected the bluetooth cabling and disabled all of the bluetooth in the device manager.
Still same result.: Disconnecting randomly.

Thanks for the info, but I shut down my router every night when I go to bed, so that isn't the issue. This is happening frequently while working on the computer. My cell phone on WIFI doesn't conk out, just the computer.

Yes I have done that as well, I should have mentioned that. The wifi will reconnect after some time (once I have shut the internet off/on), but it doesn't solve the issue. This is only a recent issue I have been experiencing.
