Internet Explorer 11.2.9600.17107 - Unable to render HTML page

Hello, I am experiencing problems with IE 11, somehow I can't open/view any websites. All pages are only downloaded as *.htm/*.html page.

SFC /scannow log is saying:

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Pretty bazar please post which security suite you use along with filling in your system spec's page with more details,
You can also try to uninstall the ie11 windows update and roll back to which ever prior version you had installed 10-9-8 what ever is the case.

Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
