Internet Explorer 8 Scroll LAGG

Seem to be having scrolling problems with IE8, It don't seem to be my graphics card because Scrolling works FINE with everything Else (including other browsers) Also turning "smooth Scroll" on makes it worse.. May i need to re-install my GPU drivers?? Just in-case u need it, my graphics card is Geforce GT220

Try resetting IE. If that does not work, try removing and reinstalling it.
