Source -As you may be aware, Microsoft is hard at work with web standards organizations as well as rival browser vendors, developers, etc. looking to catalyze an evolution in terms of standards support in Internet Explorer that would make the forthcoming release of the browser be at least on par with its rivals. In this regard, the Redmond company has published a collection of test cases on the website designed to serve the early development previews of Internet Explorer 9.
According to Jason Upton, test manager, Internet Explorer, both the web community and other browser rivals have found some value in the IE Testing Center. “People are discussing these in blog posts, email, and the W3C mailing lists, which is excellent. We want to make sure these tests are valuable and conform to the various specifications they test,” Upton stated.
