Welcome Calota Daniel to seven forums!

First I let you know that I use Firefox 4.1:D. I love Firefox because it provides add-ons and it is very customizable. I also use IE 9. IE 9 is a greatest browser ever developed my Microsoft. I love it because of its new GUI. And of course it speed, security and stability is greatly enhanced. IE 9 beats Firefox or perhaps chrome in terms of its speed:sarc:. But I will always stick to my Firefox!:)

Hi there Calota Daniel ,
You may gets lots of opinions with your question.
IE9 has its supporters & detractors.
{The advertising "blub" reads quite well.}
Ultimately you have to do research & decide for yourself if it is worth trying.
Should you go ahead it can be uninstalled later if you so desire.

Let us know what you decide please.

{Disclaimer. I use Firefox & IE8 currently}

A link for you to peruse below.

Should you update?
Vista and Windows 7 users should generally update their version of Internet Explorer to Internet Explorer 9. The browser has improved in security, privacy and speed. Even if IE is not the default browser, it may be beneficial since several third party products make use of the rendering engine.
Some users, those who run apps specifically designed for a previous IE version may want to run tests before they upgrade the browser. These users should download the IE9 Blocker Toolkit to prevent the installation via Windows Update.
Update: Microsoft has published a Windows Internet Explorer 9 Fact Sheet. Two pages that detail some of the improvements and new experiences.

I'm using Internet Explorer 9 and I have no complaints, but I am a bit of a Luddite in that I've been using IE since IE3 so I can't comment on the other browsers.

It really is a matter of personal choice so the only advice I can offer is to use the one you feel most comfortable with.

Oh, and welcome to Windows Seven Forums Calota - help is always available from the good people here via your keyboard. :)

thank you so mutch for the prompt answers , i use for a while now ie9 , i like it because i'ts very fast , i'ts more secure than previous versions, had an interesting option like (in private browsing , i think this is very useful if u have more people work on the same pc , for protect your browsing sesion, the tracking protection ,enable users to keep sites from tracking their activity across browsing sessions , and other security setings that are very simple and intuitive to use) i think i'ts a very big step ahead for microsoft , the antipishing filter i'ts very good all that tools makes ie 9 a browser to consider, personal i like it very mutch i'ts the only browser for microsoft that i actually use older version i don't use because they where not so stable and not so secure (alot of ie9 stop working mesages) and alot of fake viruses, exploit the older versions bug's.Today i'm very satisfed about the new ie9 i like what they do and i think i'ts a big step ahead from Microsoft, thank you all for the prompt answers i'ts a great comunity and i'm proud to be part of it.
