Internet explorer missing favorite titles but not favorites themselves

Ok so this is really weird what happened here. I dunno how but a few of my IE favorites have somehow lost their names when you view them from the favorites tab in IE. Opening the folder shows it still has their names but they themselves don't. Clicking on them also still works, an example is here.
So any fixes? I know I could probably just re-favourite them but if it happens again it would be quite annoying.

It happens, either re favorite or stop using IE and use Chrome

Ok and then this issue that's coming up? Every 2nd tab is fine but the first one has a black square.
And If I were to use chrome how would I force it not to share history favorites etc with my android phones etc?
